Utinga Hotel
A jungle hotel in the middle of one of the largest cities in the Amazon to host COP 30 in 2025. The proposal consists of creating the first high-end hotel in the city of Belém, in order to host heads of state who will discuss climate change in the Amazon in 2025. The project involves the urbanization of the area around Black Water Lake, with public facilities to serve the population after the event. It consists of 03 towers of rooms with 4 floors each, a helipad with a security tower, as well as amphitheatres, walks, and gardens.
